When I select any text and press the KeyBoard Shortcut for 'Speech', the system doesn't speaks.But if I select the text and right click on the selected text and go to 'Speech' then the System 'Start Speaking'.I have tried to check it by making a TEST user account, but it didn't worked and I have also tried to reinstall my OS but it didnt worked.Please help in this matter.
